Refund Policy.
1.Due to its virtuality & Aggregator Model, Premium is consumed once you enroll for certain service. Hence, a refund is not available.
2. If the refund is eligible in line with the legislation or the situations judged by HiGuru, a partial refund will be issued.
2.1. For in-app purchases made through the App Store, we do not have the right to issue any refunds. The only way to receive a refund for such purchases is to contact Apple.
2.2. For in-app purchases made through Google Play Store, our website, or Pay-Pal, if a refund is needed, there will be a deduction of 50% transaction fee and the fee of used Premium days. The order beyond 7 days after the payment will not be refunded.
2.3. Please be noted that automatic renewal of the service might occur for in-app purchases made through APP Store and Google Play Store. In such a case, refunds willnot be issued. Users are responsible for canceling future renewals at the relevant APP market.
2.4. Lifetime subscriptions, gift card purchases, and promotional sales are not eligible for a refund.
